My key career objective is to expand my technical and non-technical skills as a Tech Enablement Specialist in the Tech Production Services team at IAG, while supporting executive management through delivering key projects such as the Intelligent Operations 10X transformation.

With over 4 years of experience at IAG — both as a graduate and as a business analyst — I offer an informed perspective on emerging concepts such as the future of AI/ML Ops, and how they should be delivered. I currently use this knowledge to accelerate delivery of the 10X project and support other T&O operational projects.

Lead enablement on the Intelligent Operations 10X transformation, preparing and delivering material for executive touchpoints and informing technical and project-level decision making. Project manage key initiatives across Tech Production Services including GitHub Cloud migration, retention & disposition plans, CMDB Cloud Discovery, Splunk optimisation, and Operational Readiness automation. Drive adoption of GenAI through use case cataloguing and Inclusive Innovation.
